Vi's wishlist

As with her young yet wise cousin Addie, Vi doesn't really *want* anything, but if you insist, here you go:

1) Warm socks to fit size 7 (gasp) feet
2) Plain wooden building blocks
3) Books, books, books. We don't have ANY Dr. Seuss yet,and we LOVE Sandra Boynton. Also needed to fill out her library: Robert McCloskey (is that right? Make Way for Duckings, etc?). Grammy should buy her the Babar collection. Ha!Seriously, any books are great.
4) Membership to the Children's Museum of Maine.
5) Table-top easel.
6) Table & chairs - her size.


She's not all that *into* plastic toys. Plus, her mother is still trying to be a wise old hippy...so that means simple, selective, and safe. Also, her father hates clutter, and we have a small house, so it doesn't take much to fill up our living room. If you're dying to get her a toy, brands we like are Haba, Melissa & Doug, Plan Toys...along those lines.

If you're dying to buy her clothes, she's currently in 18 months...I should say she's currently OUTGROWING her 18 months wardrobe.

Her #1 most-wanted item is.....a box of hand-me-downs from her super-stylish cousin, Lolly!!! Noelle, you could bring up a box of clothes, and everyone could pick out an outfit to give to Vi!

Everything else would be gravy.
